📋 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframes

No Fee: Cancel 3+ days before your session.
70% Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours.

2. Rescheduling

Free: If done 48+ hours prior.
Chargeable: If requested within 48 hours.

3. Force Majeure

If uncontrollable events (e.g. earthquakes, pandemic) affect appointments, we will offer rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without notice will incur a full fee.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
