- Storage Units (4×6 ft): Designed to hold mic kits, cables, light stands, and spare gear.
- Green Room (10×8 ft): Within the same envelope, includes a prep/makeup station and wardrobe storage.

- Walls & Ceiling: Double-stud walls with resilient channels and acoustic insulation.
- Floating Floor: Decoupled underlayment with dense mat to isolate impact noise.
- Absorbers & Diffusers: Full acoustic treatment—bass traps, mid/high absorbers, natural-sound diffusion system.
- Sealed Openings: All doors and windows sealed using studio-grade acoustic gaskets and glazing.
🎧 AV & Lighting Infrastructure:
- Power & Grid: 3-phase power supply, overhead truss grid, dimmer packs.
- Connectivity: Floor boxes with XLR, HDMI, HD-SDI routed to the control area.
- Lighting: Fully DMX-controllable lighting system with RGBAW+C LED fixtures.
- Audio Monitoring: AES analog patch bay, talkback mic, and ceiling-mounted isolation monitors.

- Silent Heating & Cooling: Studio-specific HVAC with acoustic dampers and underfloor/low-velocity diffusers.
- Noise-Free Ductwork: Lined with sound insulation and built-in attenuators.
🚨 Safety & Essentials:
- Fire-rated drywall, sprinkler system, emergency exits, and structured cable raceways for a clean and safe environment.
- Flooring: Sealed matte vinyl flooring for easy cleaning and optimal light absorption.
🎙️ Podcast Recording Room
Size: 12×12 ft
- Sound Isolation: Floating walls and ceiling, decoupled from the production hall, with acoustic-grade seals on the door and glass.
- Treatment: Acoustic wall panels, ceiling absorbers, bass traps, and diffusers for studio-level clarity.
- Equipment: Desk-mounted boom arms, broadcast-quality microphones, shock mounts, monitor headphones, and a small studio speaker set.
- Control Panel: Wall-level mic control, headphone amp, and desk-integrated wiring routed to the main control room.
